Job summary

Under Armour is seeking a Sr. Professional Sourcing Engineer Footwear based in Cirebon. You will oversee development, commercialization, costing, production, and QA at partner factories to deliver high-quality footwear on time.

You will collaborate with Tier-1 factories, engineering, and QA teams, mentor factory staff, and drive product integrity while aligning with UA standards and mst/est/fst calendars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years related experience.
• Understand footwear manufacturing processes and tooling.
• Ability to communicate in English with HQ and partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, commercialization, costing, production and QA for footwear with T1 factory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet category specs and timelines.
• Mentor factory teams on best practices and UA standards.
• Track and report CTS data and ensure on-time production without compromising quality.
