Job summary

BINUS Group seeks a Senior System Analyst (Associate) in Jakarta to provide technical guidance and support the application development lifecycle. You will identify user requirements, analyze business processes, and suggest practical solutions to improve efficiency.

You will also participate in minor programming, ensure documentation, handle data reliability, and create reports while coordinating with the Software Solutions team to meet timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Studies.
• At least 2 years of experience in related area.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and BPM.
• Experience in requirements management and data processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical knowledge direction and evaluation to assist enhancement in the application development.
• Identify opportunities to improve business process efficiency.
• Identify user’s requirements and current business processes.
• Provide alternative solutions and modifications to fulfill user requirements.
• Advise on troubleshooting inputs occurred in system development application.
