Job summary

Qualifications

• Min 10 years in a similar industry, with 7+ years in SCM leadership.
• Bachelor degree in Management, Accounting or Finance; international equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software, JDE and databases.
• Certification in supply chain management preferred.
• Proven knowledge of customs and formalities principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into effective business decisions.
• Knowledge of digital supply chain tools and ability to mentor team members.
• Knowledge of mining, oil and gas, plantation industries is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end division supply chain strategy across materials management, procurement, production/inventory control, transportation, logistics, warehouse, and customer service.
• Manage and develop supply chain teams including procurement, PC&L, compliance, logistics, and supplier development functions.
• Own and improve S&OP process to align demand, supply, capacity, and financial objectives.
• Drive supplier management initiatives, including supplier performance, development, risk mitigation, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee strategic production planning and inventory strategies to support delivery targets and working capital goals.
• Implement lean enterprise systems and continuous improvement practices across supply chain processes.
• Lead transportation and logistics activities to improve delivery performance and cost.
• Support and enhance electronic supply chain interfaces and digital processes for better visibility.
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, engineering, quality, finance, and pricing to resolve constraints.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Represents the supply chain at the division level.
• Provide leadership by mentoring, coaching, and developing team members.
