Role Overview: Join Amman Mineral Industri's Copper Smelter complex at Sumbawa Island to enhance operational efficiency, reliability, and asset performance. Leverage data analysis, collaborative strategies, and cross-functional teamwork to optimize equipment utilization, minimize downtime, and ensure asset reliability and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence:
    • Develop predictive maintenance plans based on condition-based monitoring data.
    • Monitor and report on planned preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
    • Conduct root cause analysis of breakdowns to maximize machine uptime.
  • Compliance & Sustainability:
    • Analyze data for Predictive Maintenance Strategy inputs.
    • Assess equipment viability, safety adherence, and environmental compatibility.
    • Identify obsolescence and upgrade needs for sustainability.
  • Profitability and Cost Optimization:
    • Identify energy-saving opportunities to reduce consumption and operating costs.
    • Generate analytical reports for spares utilization and expenditure optimization.
  • Customer Centricity:
    • Generate timely MIS reports for asset optimization.
    • Ensure swift response times for internal and external customers.
  • Talent Management:
    • Monitor and report productivity of outsourced maintenance crews.

Incumbent Specifications:

  • Education: Graduate Engineer in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with relevant certifications or specialized training.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in process plant mechanical maintenance and 4-10 years in asset optimization or reliability engineering within large-scale plants.
  • Technical Competencies: Analytical skills, data analysis tools proficiency, and familiarity with maintenance strategies.
  • Behavioral Competencies: Planning, problem-solving, effective communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
