Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognised institution
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in civil or structural engineering
• Experience in supervisory or technical leadership roles
• Extensive knowledge of building codes, structural design principles, and safety standards
• Proven experience managing maintenance programmes and coordinating large-scale infrastructure projects
• Proficiency with structural analysis software and CAD applications
• Fluency in Indonesian and English

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and inspection of civil and structural infrastructure, including buildings, foundations, and support systems
• Conduct regular assessments to identify structural defects, safety hazards, and remedial work areas
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programmes to ensure structural integrity and longevity
• Coordinate with contractors and external engineers to plan and execute maintenance, repair, and upgrade projects
• Monitor compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
• Prepare technical reports detailing facility conditions and recommendations for improvements
• Manage budgets for maintenance and capital projects within scope
• Supervise and train technical staff and contractors
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate remedial actions
• Liaise with operations to minimise downtime and ensure production continuity
