Job summary

SUMMARECON SERPONG seeks a Coordinator - Structural Design to analyze and translate architectural concepts into detailed structural drawings and reports for Serpong projects. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external consultants to ensure compliant, safe infrastructure design.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, at least five years in structural engineering, and proficiency in ETABS, SAP, AutoCAD, PLAXIS, SAFE, SketchUp, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Structural Engineering.
• Experience with consultants or engineering developers is an advantage.
• Proficient in detailed structural and material calculations.
• Knowledgeable in structural drawings, building construction, and infrastructure.
• Skilled in ETABS, SAP, AutoCAD, PLAXIS, SAFE, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze structural drawings according to architectural design and related technical specifications.
• Prepare structural working drawings, structural reports, and specifications.
• Revise designs and drawings based on feedback and recorded design changes.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties related to the project.
