Qualifications

• Evaluate and identify customer applications to provide appropriate business solutions.
• Prepare business proposals and conduct presentations or demos.
• Lead project planning, design, and monitoring during software implementations.
• Provide post-implementation support and identify opportunities for further development.
• Deliver training to customers on implemented software.
• Maintain knowledge of application system technologies.
• Act as technical advisor to the project team and as a problem-solving reference.
• Ensure quality of project activities and manage change effectively.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, identify, and recommend regarding customer's application to provide suitable business solutions; compose into a business proposal, conduct presentations and/or demos.
• Act as project manager and lead project team in planning, designing, and monitoring during software implementation.
• Direct contact with customer to provide solutions post-implementation and explore further development opportunities.
• Act as training instructor/coach for customers in learning, understanding, and operating the implemented software in basic and advanced trainings.
• Maintain and develop knowledge of specific application system technology.
• Act as technical advisor for team projects and as a reference for customer problems.
• Responsible for controlling the quality of project activities.
• Master change management principles to ensure successful IT solution implementations.
