Job summary

PT PMA Mindo in Yogyakarta is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and automate a scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure using cutting-edge technologies. You will shape web architecture, coach team members, and drive efficient development practices.

You will collaborate with QA, write technical docs, and engage with stakeholders to deliver robust software solutions and secure deployments in an AWS environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in one of Python, PHP or Golang is required.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to follow guidelines.
• Solid understanding of OOP, data structures, algorithms and software design.
• At least 3 years of Python development experience.
• Experience with AWS and AWS APIs; networking, high availability, and security in AWS (EC2, RDS, S3/EBS/Glacier, VPC, ELB/ALB).
• Experience with CI/CD tooling.
• Team Leader/Supervisor experience is a plus.
• Familiar with unit, functional and integration testing.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze web dev architecture and libraries, add/modify libraries with minimal supervision.
• Coach and grow team talent with willingness to learn new technologies.
• Research solutions to coding and performance issues.
