Job summary

Pt Dfi Retail Nusantara Tbk in Bekasi is seeking a seasoned Category Manager for Snacks & Confectionery to drive growth, optimize assortment, pricing, promotions and in-store merchandising.

You will analyze sales data and market insights, manage supplier relationships, forecast demand, and collaborate with marketing, sales and operations to execute category plans and maximize profitability across popular brands in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in category management or related FMCG roles.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing category strategies that drive sales and profitability.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen to interpret complex data.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Snacks & Confectionery market in Indonesia.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies for Snacks & Confectionery aligned with business goals.
• Analyze sales data, market insights and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure cost-effective sourcing.
• Optimize product assortment, pricing, promotions and in-store merchandising to drive sales and profitability in Bekasi.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and operations to execute category plans and promotions.
• Monitor inventory and forecast demand to minimize stockouts.
