Job summary

JALA Senior Farm Executive is responsible for driving sales and executing commercial plans for shrimp feed within the assigned territory. You will manage the end-to-end sales process, including customer relationships, farm visits, after-sales support, market monitoring, and coordination of orders and payments to achieve revenue, margin, and volume targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar sales or commercial role.
• Experience in managing customers across multiple territories.
• Strong skills in sales coordination, order management, market analysis, demand monitoring, pricing administration, and revenue reporting.
