Impactive Agency Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented Junior SEO Specialist to support international client campaigns. You’ll learn semantic and entity-based SEO while strengthening on-page optimization, content strategy, and technical checks.

You’ll collaborate with our SEO team, writers, designers, and developers to perform keyword research, audits, metadata creation, and monthly performance reporting. Growth toward a full Strategist role is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in SEO with strong on-page and keyword research.
• Familiarity with GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog or similar tools.
• Interest in semantic SEO, topical authority, and content strategy.
• Good English writing and communication skills.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach to documentation.
• Curiosity to learn entity mapping, E-E-A-T, and AI-assisted optimization.

Responsabilités

• Conduct keyword and competitor research (core, semantic, and entity-based).
• Support content audits, topical map building, and competitor analysis.
• Help optimize web pages, blogs, and product copy for SEO & UX.
• Create and structure metadata, schema markup, and internal linking maps.

We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented Junior SEO Specialist to join our growing team. If you’re eager to learn modern SEO (entity-based, semantic, and AI-assisted) and already have a strong foundation in technical SEO and off-page strategy, even better!

Your role

As a Junior SEO Specialist, you’ll support ongoing SEO strategies across multiple international clients. You’ll learn how to analyze search landscapes, build topical maps, and optimize web content for performance and brand alignment.

You’ll work directly with our SEO team to:

• Conduct keyword and competitor research (core, semantic, and entity-based)
• Support content audits, topical map building, and competitor analysis

Who you are

You’re analytical and creative, a fast learner who’s excited to grow into a strategic SEO role.

You should have:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in SEO, with a solid understanding of on-page SEO and keyword research
• Familiarity with GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools
• Interest in semantic SEO, topical authority, and content strategy
• Good English writing and communication skills
• A structured, detail-oriented approach to documentation
• Curiosity to learn advanced concepts like entity mapping, E-E-A-T, and AI-assisted optimization

Bonus points if you have:

• Strong technical SEO skills, such as site audits, crawling and indexing, Core Web Vitals, redirects, hreflang, or structured data
• Basic off-page SEO and backlink knowledge, such as backlink profile analysis, link prospecting, or outreach
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or Webflow
• Experience working with international or multilingual websites
• Skills in Excel, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
• Understanding of luxury, hospitality, medical, or tech brand SEO
