Job summary

PT. Elit Solusi Niaga is seeking a senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support internal business processes.

You will work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, implement Salesforce Cloud features, and integrate with ERP systems using REST/SOAP APIs. The role emphasizes scalable architecture, DevOps practices, and data governance to ensure reliable deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce, including development and administration.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must due to international collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and Salesforce security model.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow and process automation.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
• Understanding of Salesforce data model, objects, relationships, and data architecture.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP/enterprise systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions to support internal business processes.
• Develop and enhance custom Salesforce modules, features, workflows, and automations using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.

• Support integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other enterprise applications.
• Contribute to integration architecture including event-driven and asynchronous solutions.
• Support data migration, ETL, data quality, and data governance activities.
• Manage Salesforce deployments and releases across Sandbox, UAT, and Production environments.
• Work with DevOps and deployment tools (Salesforce DevOps Center, Gearset, Copado), Git/GitHub/Azure DevOps.
• Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines and follow release and change management practices.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and improve system performance and reliability.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and Salesforce capabilities to support operations and decision-making.

Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions to support internal business processes.

Develop and enhance custom Salesforce modules, features, workflows, and automations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.

Configure and manage Salesforce platform features, including objects, permissions, profiles, roles, security, and automation.

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions.

Design and maintain scalable Salesforce architecture and ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices.

Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and ERP and other internal/external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and integration platforms.

Support and enhance integrations with systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other enterprise applications.

Contribute to integration architecture, including event-driven and asynchronous solutions where required.

Support data migration, ETL, data quality, and data governance activities.

Manage Salesforce deployments and releases across Sandbox, UAT, and Production environments.

Work with DevOps and deployment tools such as Salesforce DevOps Center, Gearset, or Copado, as well as Git/GitHub/Azure DevOps.

Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines and follow proper release and change management practices.

Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and continuously improve system performance and reliability.

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other Salesforce capabilities to support business operations and decision-making.

Provide user support, training, and guidance to Salesforce users when required.

Maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions, integrations, configurations, and deployment processes.

Work across both strategic solution design and hands-on technical development.

Stay up to date with Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve the internal CRM platform.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience working with Salesforce, with strong hands‑on experience in development and administration.

Fluent in English (both spoken and written) is a must, as the role requires frequent communication and collaboration with international teams based in Sweden.

Strong knowledge and experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Strong understanding of Salesforce Administration, including users, profiles, roles, permissions, sharing, and security model.

Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Flow and process automation.

Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.

Good understanding of the Salesforce data model, objects, relationships, and data architecture.

Experience working with managed packages and AppExchange solutions.

Experience designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.

Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP or other enterprise systems. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly preferred.

Good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and system integration.

Experience with Azure Integration Services, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, or MuleSoft is preferred.

Understanding of event-driven architecture and asynchronous integrations is a plus.

Experience with data migration and ETL processes.

Experience with Salesforce DevOps and deployment tools such as Salesforce DevOps Center, Gearset, or Copado is preferred.

Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and/or Azure DevOps.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, release management, and Salesforce deployment processes.

Understanding of Salesforce environment management across Sandbox, UAT, and Production.

Strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.

Ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable Salesforce solutions.

Experience providing user training, system support, and troubleshooting.

Understanding of data quality, data governance, reporting, and dashboards.

Comfortable working in a role that combines strategic planning with hands‑on technical development.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Working Hours: 8 working hours per day, with working hours aligned with the Sweden team to facilitate close collaboration and communication with international stakeholders.
