Job summary

Macquarie Group in Indonesia seeks an experienced Salesforce developer to own end-to-end platform development, including Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and LWC. You will work with modern tools (SFDX, Git, PRs) and bring AI-assisted coding tools into the workflow while maintaining platform health.

The role requires collaboration with QA and governance teams to monitor jobs, logs, and risk, ensuring smooth production support and adoption of new technologies.

Qualifications

• 4-9 years of strong Salesforce development experience with Apex (Triggers, REST, Batch), Visualforce Email Templates, Aura and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proficient in modern development practices including SFDX/SF CLI, package manifests, Git version control, branching strategies, pull requests.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
• Ability to understand and contribute to platform upkeep activities—monitoring jobs, logs, risk, audit & governance in collaboration with vendor resources and SMEs.

• Collaborate with QA to reproduce production issues and learn new technologies beyond Salesforce ecosystem.

• Proficient in modern development practices, including SFDX/SF CLI, package manifests, Git version control, branching strategies, pull requests, and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
• Ability to understand, manage and contribute to platform upkeep activities - like monitoring jobs, logs, and responding to risk, audit & governance items in collaboration with vendor resources, and SMEs from other areas of technology
• Highly collaborative and efficient working with QA team to help replicate issues, that are unique to production environment, while continuously learning new technologies beyond the Salesforce ecosystem.
