Job summary

DayOne is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager for reliability leadership in its in-country Operations team, supporting the Reliability Director of GERA. You will oversee data centre reliability, governance, risk registers, and CAPA across multiple sites in Southeast Asia, while coordinating with OEMs and contractors to ensure safe and scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related discipline.
• 8–12 years in managing critical infrastructure, preferably data centres.
• Experience as SME for electrical and mechanical infrastructure lifecycle.
• Knowledge of local/international maintenance standards and regulations.
• Experience leading incident response and RCA, CAPA actions.
• Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reliability governance across the assigned data centre portfolio.
• Establish and maintain a systemic risk register with mitigations.
• Lead preventive, predictive, and maintenance strategies.
• Coordinate with OEMs, service providers, and contractors.
• Coach site teams and strengthen regional capabilities.
• Analyze equipment health, incidents, and performance trends.
