Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd Semarang is seeking a Relationship Manager to advise affluent clients on wealth planning and investment strategies within our consumer banking framework. You will build and nurture client relationships, actively acquire new-to-bank clients, and conduct regular portfolio reviews to ensure financial objectives align with market conditions.

The role is based at the Semarang Branch and offers opportunities to collaborate across product lines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Relevant professional certifications in financial advisory and wealth management.
Demonstrated experience in financial sales, relationship management, or wealth advisory.
Strong knowledge of financial markets, wealth management products, and investment instruments.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and client-focused communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with affluent clients.
Actively acquire new-to-bank clients and expand the portfolio.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews to ensure clients' objectives align with market conditions.
Collaborate with product specialists to deliver investment, insurance, and treasury solutions.
Maintain high standards of compliance, control, and operational integrity.
