Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate operations, corporate banking, or financial operations in fintech or banks.
• Extremely meticulous and process-driven, able to spot discrepancies in large datasets.
• High sense of urgency, comfortable with tight daily deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Pull and load daily statements from providers and partners.
• Conduct root cause analysis to investigate transaction disputes.
• Provide Finance team with accurate transaction amounts for month-end closing.
• Identify manual bottlenecks in reconciliation cycles and transition to automation.
