Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a Senior Quality Industrialization professional in Batam, Indonesia, to ensure customer requirements are translated into CTQ and drive robust quality across parts and processes.

You will lead quality risk management, train teams, and coordinate DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, and related quality tools with suppliers and plants. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Plant experience in Quality (Supplier and/or Process).
• Quality skills for Green Belt, risk management, statistics, FMEA, metrology.
• Knowledge of manufacturing technologies (material, molding, stamping, assembly, automation).
• Strong relationship skills with suppliers, plants and projects.
• Business English mandatory; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate Voice of the Customer into CTQ and identify critical-to-process parameters.
• Ensure the 10 Industrialization quality fundamentals.
• Support and train project team on robustness, capability, and quality risk management.
• Identify and report quality risks to project management.
• Lead problem solving in OLM to fix quality issues escalations.
• Transfer quality files to plant responsible for parts and process.
• Support and train offer team on methods to reach process robustness and ensure linkages DFMEA, PFMEA, etc.

The Role: Senior Quality Industrialization

What will you do?

• Guarantee that the Voice of the Customer is well translated and ranked in term of criticality (parts and sub-assemblies). Express that through CTQ characteristics, to identify critical-to-process parameters (CTP) and drive risk management accordingly.
• Ensure the 10 Industrialization quality fundamentals implementation.
• Support and train project team on methods and tools needed to reach robustness, capability and Quality risks management
• Identify and report to project management any Quality risk.
• Lead the problem solving method resolution in OLM to fix Quality issues escalation
• Transfer Quality files to plant resp. for parts and process.
• Support and train the offer team on methods and tools needed to reach industrial process robustness and capability, and quality risk management. Partner with PQL/OQL, and other key functions ensuring linkages of DFMEA, CTQ/CTPs, PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Capabilities, Supplier Part Approval, Pilot Run/PPAP, Product Change Management (PCM), Problem Solving, and Lessons Learned.

• Quality skills such those needed for Green Belt (Risks management, animation, statistic, FMEA, Metrology)
• Technologies (material, molding, stamping, assembly, automation, ...)
• Relationship oriented (suppliers, plants, projects)
• Business English mandatory and German if possible
• Engineer graduate
• Good cross functional skill (like communicate, convince, negotiate,…)
