Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate suppliers to identify the most suitable options based on factors such as quality, cost, and delivery times.
• Negotiate contracts and purchase orders with suppliers to obtain the best possible terms.
• Monitor and follow up on procurement activities to ensure timely delivery and adherence to agreed specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and transactions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the procurement function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of procurement management, supply chain and inventory control best practices.
