Job Title: Project Coordinator – Furniture (Hospitality Industry)

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all aspects of furniture projects for hospitality clients, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to manage project timelines and resources effectively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing inquiries, updates, and changes promptly.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays that arise.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, and reports.
  • Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure materials meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
  • Conduct site visits when necessary to oversee installation and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 2–4 years of project coordination experience, preferably in the furniture, interior design, or hospitality sectors.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
    • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCad and SketchUp.
