Job summary

The Sj Company is seeking a Senior Project Control professional to join our Jakarta, Indonesia office. You will lead cost control, scheduling, and performance analysis across major infrastructure projects, ensuring on-budget delivery and timely milestones.

Join our global firm with a focus on delivering value, leveraging Primavera P6 for schedule integrity, conducting risk workshops, and mentoring junior planners to strengthen project controls and reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost control and budget forecasting for large infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with schedule development and critical-path analysis.
• Familiarity with earned value management (EVM) and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and forecast project budgets, cash flows, commitments, and expenditures.
• Build and maintain integrated project schedules (e.g., Primavera P6) with critical-path tracking.
• Implement EVM and variance analyses to measure cost and schedule performance.

• Cost Management: Develop, monitor, and forecast project budgets, cash flows, commitments, and actual expenditures.
• Schedule Control: Build and maintain integrated project schedules (using tools like Primavera P6), tracking critical paths and milestone progress.
• Performance Analysis: Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) and variance analyses to measure cost and schedule performance.
• Change & Risk Management: Lead risk-identification workshops, maintain risk registers, and evaluate the cost and schedule impacts of change orders.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Prepare executive-level progress reports, S-curves, KPIs, and monthly performance decks for stakeholders.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior planners, cost controllers, and project control analysts
