Job summary

Surbana Jurong Group is seeking a Project Controls professional in Jakarta to apply cost management, scheduling, and performance analytics on major infrastructure projects. You will forecast budgets, build Primavera P6 schedules, and deliver clear progress reports to stakeholders.

Join a dynamic team in Jakarta to mentor junior staff, lead risk and change management activities, and produce dashboards and KPIs for executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Develop, monitor, and forecast project budgets, cash flows, commitments, and actual expenditures.
• Build and maintain integrated project schedules (e.g., Primavera P6) with critical paths.
• Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) and variance analyses for cost and schedule.
• Lead risk-identification workshops and evaluate change order impacts on cost and schedule.
• Prepare executive progress reports, dashboards, KPIs, and monthly performance decks.
• Mentor junior planners, cost controllers, and project control analysts.

Responsibilities

• As part of the project controls team, you will monitor budgets and cash flows and ensure forecast accuracy.
• Create and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and report schedule health.
• Analyze cost performance and schedule variance to support decision making.
