Job summary

YBN - Head Office is seeking a software development professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in analyzing user needs and designing application architectures. The role requires knowledge of SDLC, programming tools, and testing processes, with the ability to document work and provide user guides.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Studies and be capable of coordinating with a Senior System Analyst to manage schedules, ensure timely completion, and deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Studies is required.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience is required.
• Familiarity with SDLC, programming, testing and data processing tools is expected.
• Strong documentation and communication skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interview user needs and requirements related to the application.
• Design application architecture including tables, stored procedures, and views.
• Coordinate with Senior System Analyst to monitor development schedule and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide technical guidance to improve application performance and support.
• Prepare user guides and ensure proper documentation of the development process.

• Analyze and interview user's need and requirement to related application.
• Arrange application design:
  • Table, Store Procedure and View Procedure.
  • User Interface and Scenario.
  • Mapping Module - Table - Store Procedure -View Procedure.
• Conduct application testing according to user's requirement.
• Handle the overall application installation to user.
• Provide user's guide application for related user.
• Ensure the completeness of the overall application development process and its proper documentation.
• Be an active programmer to related application development projects, when needed.
• Coordinate with Senior System Analyst to:
  • Monitor the IS application development schedule.
  • Ensure timely completion of the overall available application and user's alignment.
• Provide technical advice in related project to enhance application performance.
• Management Support Activities:
  • Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
  • Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost).
  • Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
  • Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.

Education Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Studies
