Job summary

Solidaridad in Indonesia seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the GCF palm oil initiative in West Kalimantan. You will plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate multi-year programs, translating strategic goals into executable workplans with clear milestones, and ensuring alignment with donor reporting requirements and impact indicators.

You will cultivate strategic alliances with government bodies, private sector partners, NGOs, and communities; supervise a diverse project team; manage budgets

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in a senior position within the palm oil sector.
• Strong background in project and programme management with a track record of large-scale implementation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate palm oil projects in West Kalimantan.
• Produce regular project reports (quarterly and annual).
• Develop PMEL frameworks for sustainability programs.
• Ensure donor reporting alignment and impact indicators.
• Cultivate strategic alliances with donors, private sector actors, and civil society.
• Supervise the GCF project team and represent Solidaridad in stakeholder forums.
