Job summary

Youtap is seeking a battle-tested Senior Project Manager to lead complex software delivery for banking, fintech, and enterprise clients. You will manage 3–5 concurrent implementations, navigating vendor accountability and strict SLAs.

You will drive SDLC excellence with Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain governance with stakeholders while safeguarding margins.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of project management experience within software product companies, SI, or tech vendors.
• Experience managing 3+ concurrent client implementations with tight deadlines.
• Deep knowledge of SDLC methodologies in commercial delivery contexts.
• Experience delivering financial services, banking, payments, or fintech software preferred.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, API integrations, and cloud infra.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accountability for 3–5 software implementations from signature to hyper-care.
• Lead cross-functional teams using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid models to ensure timely releases.
• Act as primary liaison for C-level client stakeholders and steering committees.
• Protect project margins by monitoring resources, changes, and upsell opportunities.
• Ensure delivery aligns with banking-grade compliance and scalable documentation.
