Job summary

Igloo is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong focus on product and project management and a technical background. You will join a dynamic team to drive end-to-end initiatives, coordinating internal teams and external partners while aligning product strategy with business goals.

The role requires at least 5 years in product management, familiarity with agile tools (Jira, Confluence), and a solid understanding of analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau).

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business Admin with PM focus.
• 5+ years in product management, preferably in IT or insurance/financial services.
• PM certification and strong tool proficiency are a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead project and product management efforts across initiatives.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners/vendors for delivery.
• Oversee technical feasibility, risk, and performance analytics.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, underwriting, and finance to align goals.
• Develop and maintain project plans; manage scope, cost, and schedule.
