Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor degree with 5+ years in product management.
Strong leadership, communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Experience in fast-paced, agile environments.
Understanding of software development life cycle and new tech trends.
Analytical, data-driven with ability to use metrics for decisions.
Excellent communication to engineers and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop requirements and specifications for new applications and initiatives.
Collaborate with business areas to define requirements, specs, and business cases.
Guide teams of PMs, BAs, and Developers from inception to delivery.
Work with customers and multiple teams to understand business demands for quality solutions.
Describe user experience and app features.
Involved in full app development life cycle including UI/UX.
Ensure compliance with client requirements, regulatory standards, and security policies.
Document and maintain data protection and cybersecurity requirements.
