Job summary

IO Software Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead key design initiatives for the Invitario platform. You will own complex workflows from problem framing to production-ready design, focusing on event creation and onboarding, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, and business units.

You will refine the design system, maintain visual language consistency, and produce implementation-ready Figma files for engineers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or complex digital platforms.
• Strong UI and visual design capability with typography, color, hierarchy and interaction patterns.
• Proven experience designing complex product workflows, not just screens or marketing interfaces.
• Strong Figma skills including prototyping, design system work, and production-ready delivery.
• Experience using user research, usability testing, analytics, or customer feedback to inform design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own product design for key areas of the Invitario platform, from problem definition to production-ready design delivery.
• Improve complex product workflows around event creation, setup, configuration, and onboarding.
• Identify user friction points through research, usability testing, analytics, stakeholder input, and data.
• Translate unclear product goals into clear user flows, prototypes, interaction patterns, and high-fidelity designs.
• Evolve Invitario's design system, visual language, and product experience standards.
• Create well-structured, implementation-ready Figma designs that engineers can build with minimal ambiguity.
• Lead design reviews, explain design rationale, and align stakeholders around practical design decisions.
• Champion usability and design quality as ongoing product standards.
