Job summary

Mewah Group is seeking a proactive Procurement Executive to support procurement operations, manage purchasing activities, source suppliers, negotiate costs, monitor deliveries, and ensure processes align with company policies.

You will process PRs and POs, coordinate with internal stakeholders, manage supplier relationships, and prepare procurement reports for cost-saving initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement or related roles.
• Experience in purchasing, vendor management, or supply chain operations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• ERP experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process PRs and create POs accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to fulfill procurement requirements.
• Monitor outstanding PRs and POs and follow up on pending transactions.
• Source and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
• Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and identify alternate sources.
• Monitor supplier delivery schedules and coordinate with warehouse and user departments.
• Resolve supply issues, delays, or discrepancies with vendors.
• Prepare procurement activity reports and purchasing status updates.
• Monitor procurement performance and support cost-saving initiatives.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations and recommend improvements.
