Job summary

Delta Marine Group in Situbondo, East Java, seeks a PPIC Manager to oversee the end-to-end planning cycle from harvest and processing through freezing and cold storage dispatch while balancing capacity with export timelines.

You will optimize yield, monitor material freshness and weight yields, manage FIFO/FEFO, ensure HACCP/BRCGS compliance, and lead the PPIC team to deliver accurate ERP data and on-time shipments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Fisheries/Aquaculture Management, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of PPIC experience in a seafood processing plant, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong understanding of cold chain logistics, cold storage operations, and seafood yield calculations.
• Solid knowledge of HACCP, GMP, BAP, BRCGS and batch traceability.
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel for capacity planning and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute master production plans aligned with harvest arrivals, processing capacity, and export timelines.
• Monitor raw material freshness, grade distributions, and weight yields to balance production targets and reduce waste.
• Manage cold room turnover, FIFO/FEFO, finished goods stacking, and real-time inventory tracking.
• Coordinate with Raw Material Procurement to match harvests with processing schedules and packaging materials.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory data in the ERP system and analyze variances.
• Work with QA/QC to ensure batch compliance with HACCP, BRCGS, BAP, and customer specifications.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the PPIC team including supervisors and schedulers.
