Job summary

BINUS is seeking a Senior Staff Legal professional to coordinate and draft employment policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide legal advice across the organization.

The role requires a Law degree, at least 2–4 years of experience in employment law, hands-on drafting ability, and strong knowledge of Indonesian civil and criminal codes. You will work with Human Capital and leadership to develop, review, and implement company-wide employment policies and related legal documents.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
• Experience: 2–4 years in senior staff or related field.
• Hands-on legal drafting ability.
• Familiar with manpower government regulation.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian law (Keperdataan, Pidana, Family Law, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and draft employment policies and changes.
• Ensure policy compliance with government regulations.
• Provide legal advice to improve company legal relations.
• Monitor and review employment documents and policies.
