Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years in performance marketing or paid media.
• Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager; familiarity with TikTok/Google Ads is a plus.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Set up Meta Ads campaigns: audiences, budgets, placements, creatives, performance.
• Analyze campaign data, run A/B tests, identify optimization opportunities.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to improve paid media results.
