Inovalon is seeking a Performance Automation Engineer to ensure scalable and reliable applications. You will work with development, QA, and DevOps to evaluate system behavior, drive performance improvements, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in performance testing and performance engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with JMeter for performance and load testing.
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs) and Linux/Unix.
• Ability to correlate application performance with infrastructure metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance tests to validate scalability and reliability.
• Analyze results and identify bottlenecks across CPU, memory, DB, and network.
• Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines for early detection of regressions.
• Collaborate with Dev, QA, and Ops to optimize performance and tuning efforts.
• Monitor and report performance metrics using Datadog and related tools.
