Job summary

PT Mandiri International Technology is seeking a Performance Test Engineer to design, develop, and execute tests, collaborating with developers, QA, and business analysts. You will analyze PHP/Java code, optimize SQL/Oracle queries, and ensure performance in both testing and production environments.

The role requires familiarity with K6 and JMeter, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced IT services setting in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar IT background.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Performance Test Engineer (Fresh grads are welcome).
• Be Familiar with testing tools and methodologies especially in Performance Testing (K6 and JMeter).
• Having good communication skill.
• Good understanding with PHP & Java Programming Language.
• Good understanding with Oracle/SQL Queries.
• Having solid time management skills and good analytical skills.
• Comfortable working in a face-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios.
• Monitor system performance during testing and in production environments.
• Work closely with developers, QA teams, and business analysts to understand technical and functional requirements.
• Review and analyze PHP and Java code for performance improvements.
• Write and optimize SQL/Oracle queries to enhance database efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and methodologies for performance testing.
• Suggest and implement improvements to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
