Job summary

PT MIRAE ASIA PASIFIK is seeking an experienced Senior Pattern Maker to lead pattern development for our underwear collections from first sample to production. You will create and refine patterns for bras, briefs, boxers, and other styles, ensuring fit across sizes and guiding junior pattern makers.

You will collaborate with designers and production to translate concepts into manufacturable patterns, troubleshoot pattern issues, and help maintain high-quality standards in every season's line.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pattern making experience in underwear or intimate apparel.
• Strong skills in Lectra, Optitex, or similar CAD software.
• Good knowledge of underwear construction, fit, and sizing standards.
• Experience mentoring or leading other pattern makers.

Responsibilities
