Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communication, Business Management, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, particularly in managing digital advertising campaigns.
• Experience in digital marketing agency or beauty industry is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, including knowledge of CTR, advertising costs, media planning, and campaign performance optimization.
• Strong analytical and research skills, including competitor and keyword analysis and audience analysis.
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and social media analytics tools.
• Good budget management skills with the ability to monitor expenditure and evaluate paid media cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct competitor analysis in digital advertising to enhance the company's competitiveness.
• Develop a media plan by analyzing keywords, target audiences, and current trends to ensure that advertisements align with the company's objectives and effectively reach the target audience.
• Analyze the results of published ads to assess current performance, take action, and formulate strategies to improve digital advertising performance and increase conversions.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding advertising content, ensuring alignment with company regulations and business unit objectives.
• Build and maintain good relationships with external parties to support smooth operations.
• Monitor advertisements and other marketing media to ensure that keywords and displays seen by the audience align with the planned strategy.
• Evaluate the performance of each platform, including infrastructure, advertising productivity, marketing architecture, and current strategies, to improve subsequent marketing activities.
• Create reports, ensure the availability and accuracy of marketing performance results, and consolidate them in one place for more efficient access.
• Ensure that costs associated with paid media activities remain within the specified budget.
