Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead a large site of 500–1,000 moderation staff, driving operational excellence and client satisfaction. The role focuses on financial performance, process standardization, and cross-cultural collaboration across geographies.

You will report to the Account General Manager, mentor operations managers, and oversee staffing, safety, and compliance while aiming to improve KPIs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a senior operations role within a BPO environment.
• At least 2 years in content moderation with familiarity in tools and methods.
• Experience managing multiple lines of business or programs concurrently.
• Strong leadership and ability to mentor Operations Managers.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations to ensure efficiency, quality and delivery across shifts.
• Own the site P&L, manage budgets, cost control and revenue performance.
• Serve as primary client liaison for site-specific requirements and KPIs.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, infrastructure, safety, and compliance.
• Drive performance management, mentoring and development for managers and teams.
• Standardize processes and best practices to ensure scalability.
