Job summary

DBSI's Risk Management Group (RMG) is seeking an experienced professional for the Capital Place Branch to strengthen operational risk governance and reporting. You will partner with business and support units to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across end-to-end processes, including third-party risk management.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a thorough understanding of regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational risk management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex risk issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in using risk assessment tools, KRIs, and control testing.
• Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Develop or adopt risk governance, policies, and standards for operational risk management within DBSI.
• Partner with the business and support units to implement governance, policies, standards, tools and methodologies.
• Provide advice on risk management structure and processes, tailoring Group policies for location adoption.
• Promote risk and control awareness through training and sharing best practices.
• Prepare/review reports related to internal and external reporting (including regulator).
• Engage with management in control committees and address risk issues in end-to-end processes.
