Job summary

Golden Agri Resources is seeking a Chemical Process Engineer with at least 5 years in the oleochemical industry to optimize utilities, coordinate with facility owners, and deliver efficiency reports. The role includes supporting new or modification projects through commissioning and startup, performing PSSR, and collaborating with other departments on technical issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience as Process Engineer in Oleochemical Industry.
Experience in chemical plant engineering & operation.
Experience in project construction/design.
Languages: Bahasa & English (written & spoken).
Willing to be placed in Lubuk Gaung (Dumai - Riau).
Strong analytical, problem solving & critical thinking skills.
Knowledge of process related standards and health-safety regulation.
Working knowledge in using process engineering software.
Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Assess the use of utilities and coordinate with facility owners to optimize.
Prepare periodic efficiency reports (weekly and monthly) about efficiency process and BDD.
Support new or modification projects and follow up until commissioning and startup.
Perform PSSR for all projects under area of responsibility.
Provide support to other related departments on the technical side.
Contribute to all project development stages (improvement or expansion).
