Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in systems administration with focus on networking and security.
• Proficient in Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network security principles.
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security solutions.
• Certs such as Network+/Security+, CCNA or MCSA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain server infrastructure (Windows/Linux) and network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across systems.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, disaster recovery plans, and backup procedures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
