DHI is seeking a Senior .NET Backend Engineer to join our Software Projects team in Jakarta. You will design, develop, and support backend applications and services used by clients across APAC and globally.

You will collaborate with international teams, deliver high-quality features, and help ensure system reliability, scalability, and production stability. A strong sense of ownership and communication in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong backend development with C# and .NET, APIs, databases, and software architecture.
• Professional English proficiency, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and support backend applications and services.
• Deliver software features and system enhancements with high quality and predictable outcomes.
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability, stability, and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders across global teams.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, QA, and technical documentation.
• Contribute to project planning, estimation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
