MD ENTERTAINMENT is seeking an experienced Senior Movie Marketing professional to lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns for film releases in Indonesia. You will build awareness, generate audience excitement, and support box office success through integrated campaigns across social media, media, and partnerships.

The role requires strong digital marketing, influencer collaboration, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in film, entertainment, media, advertising, or related field.
• Experience in managing marketing campaigns from planning to execution.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, KOL/influencer marketing, and partnerships.
• Strong communication and project management skills, with ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of audience behavior and entertainment trends.
• Passion for movies and entertainment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute 360° marketing campaigns for film releases.
• Create strategies across social media, KOL, media, community, and partnerships.
• Develop creative ideas, content, events, and activations to support each film.
• Manage relationships with cinemas, media, brands, agencies, KOLs, and communities.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, audience response, and market trends.
• Support marketing activities throughout the film release and box office campaign.
