Dexis seeks an experienced MNCH Advisor to strengthen maternal, neonatal, and child health programs in Indonesia. You will embed with government partners, support polio and measles efforts, and align with U.S. priorities from the Embassy and MoH.

You will lead technical guidance, M&E activities, and knowledge transfer, with regular travel to project areas across Indonesia. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.

Qualificações

• MD or equivalent professional medical degree with public health training.
• Advanced degree in Public Health or epidemiology is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in MNCH, polio or measles programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead transition planning and handover of MNCH activities to MoH counterparts.
• Coordinate with DoS, MoH, and partners to ensure program sustainability.
• Provide technical guidance on life‑saving health activities aligned with priorities.
• Review work plans, M&E frameworks, and deliverables.
• Analyze epidemiological data to track MNCH indicators and transition readiness.
• Represent Dexis in multi-stakeholder meetings and reports.
• Mentor and build capacity of local organizations and GoI partners.
• Prepare monthly progress summaries and share updates with stakeholders.
