Job summary

DANA Indonesia is seeking a Merchant Risk Lead to safeguard the platform and users by overseeing merchant-related risk across the lifecycle. You will lead risk monitoring and investigations, develop data-driven strategies and collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Operations to strengthen controls while supporting business growth.

With 6–8 years in fraud or risk management, you will drive policy improvements, develop risk models, and deliver insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Six to eight years of experience in fraud investigation or risk management.
• Experience in merchant risk monitoring or merchant-related fraud investigations is required.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving risk or fraud investigation initiatives and coordinating stakeholders to implement risk mitigation actions.
• Strong understanding of fraud detection methodologies and case analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchant risk monitoring across the merchant lifecycle, analyzing transactions to identify suspicious patterns and emerging threats.
• Lead investigations into suspected merchant-related fraud and high-risk activities, gathering evidence and escalating as needed.
• Develop and improve merchant risk policies, strategies, and controls based on data-driven insights.
• Create data-driven risk models, dashboards, and automated workflows to balance risk with growth.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Operations and external partners to assess risks and implement controls.
• Prepare reports for senior management on risk exposure, trends, and actions.
