Job summary

PT Apparel One Indonesia is seeking a Merchandiser for its Semarang garment production team. You will manage BOM requirements, communicate with customers and buyers, and track styles from TP release through final stage.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor material status with suppliers, and ensure timely testing and sample delivery. English communication is required, with at least two years in garment merchandising.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: D4/S1 in any major.
• At least 2 years' experience as Merchandiser in garment.
• Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Handle BOM requirements and ensure alignment with product specs.
• Maintain close communication with customers/buyers and escalate issues as needed.
• Monitor style progression from TP release to final stage.
• Arrange meetings with cross-functional teams to review progress.
• Coordinate material status with suppliers and track deliveries.
• Coordinate testing results with lab and ensure testing is completed on time.
• Ensure samples are delivered on time at all stages.

• Responsible to monitoring the style since TP release until final stage

• Arrange testing result with lab and ensure all testing is completed as targeted
• Ensure sample delivery for all stage are on time
