Job summary

Pt Bureau Veritas Indonesia is seeking a Senior MEP Engineer to lead maintenance activities for production machines in Jakarta Utara. The role focuses on planning, coordinating preventive maintenance, and ensuring reliable operation of equipment.

You will collaborate with departments to monitor performance, optimize spare parts usage, and pursue cost savings while upholding safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Plan, maintain and coordinate care and maintenance activities for production machines in all relevant departments so that they are ready for production.
• Create regular and consistent maintenance programs to prevent damage and downtime.
• Control the demand and need for spare parts, minimizing inventory while ensuring continuity of supply.

Responsibilities

• Approve the proposed machine program design and spare parts supply.
• Coordinate with all relevant departments to monitor, repair, maintain and improve machine performance.
• Look for local spare parts suppliers to save on costs and ensure internal parts can meet quality standards.
• Keep up with developments in machine technology and materials to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Ensure implementation of the Product Environmental Quality Assurance System within the department.
• Delegate tasks to subordinates and provide clear work instructions.
