Job summary

PT Lotte Indonesia is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team in planned maintenance and troubleshooting within a fast-moving consumer goods environment. The role emphasizes ensuring machines and facilities are safe, maintained, and efficient, with adherence to current procedures and energy-saving initiatives.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or Mechanical, 3+ years in a related field, and capability to read technical drawings and wiring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Able to read and create technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Able to work on holidays and weekends if needed.
• Experience in FMCG Company is an advantage.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, Halal, and ISO is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and arrange team members to perform planned maintenance activities and troubleshooting.
• Control routine and correction activities or projects to reduce breakdown and increase production machine effectiveness.
• Ensure machines and facilities are in good condition, safe and well maintained.
• Ensure working instructions and current procedures are followed.
• Control spare part stock and ensure critical part readiness.
• Make regular reports on operational and maintenance production evaluation, energy consumption, and project updates.
• Drive continuous improvement related to production and energy saving.
