Job summary

PT Transmedic Indonesia, part of EBOS Med Tech, seeks a Medical Physics professional to lead commissioning and QA of radiation therapy equipment and deliver application training. You will work with healthcare professionals to provide demonstrations, prepare technical reports and support tender processes.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor in Medical Physics and at least 1 year in radiotherapy device sales or support, with strong data, reporting, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Medical Physics is preferred.
• At least 1 year experience at medical equipment company that handle Radiotherapy Product.
• Ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of current radiation therapy principles, methods, procedures and techniques.
• Knowledge and understanding of the operational characteristics, usage and safety parameters of a comprehensive range or radiation therapy equipment and facilities.
• Knowledge of radiation safety principles, methods and procedures.
• Knowledge of regulations, guidelines and standards for the provision of medical physics / radiation therapy to patients.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to develop and present educational programs and / or workshop.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment.
• Computer hardware and software knowledge and skills.
• Have a good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform commissioning and acceptance testing of radiation therapy equipment
• Conduct quality assurance (QA) and radiation safety measurements
• Provide product demonstrations, technical presentations, and tender support
• Deliver application training and post-sales technical support
• Prepare technical reports and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams and healthcare professionals
• In-depth technical knowledge of external beam radiation therapy systems, treatment planning systems, and QA instrumentation.
• Familiarity with local radiation safety protocols, national nuclear energy agency standards (e.g., BAPETEN regulations in Indonesia), and ISO radiation safety guidelines.
