What we are looking for?

We are looking for Senior Media Executive in Jakarta/Manila who will be responsible for planning and execution of performance campaigns on digital media for multiple clients. Prior experience of working with mobile media is a must.

What you will be responsible for:

• Work closely with senior team members and media planners to plan, execute, and manage performance media campaigns across multiple clients, ensuring campaigns meet client objectives and are delivered on time.

• Manage day-to-day campaign operations across the campaign lifecycle, including campaign setup, creative uploads, campaign parameters, pacing checks, optimization, and troubleshooting.

• Create and maintain budget pacing documents, updating them bi-weekly to monitor campaign spend and ensure budgets are delivered according to plan.

• Complete monthly campaign budget reconciliations accurately and work closely with the billing team to ensure campaign costs are reconciled and billed correctly and on time.

• Take ownership of preparing and delivering scheduled campaign performance reports, working closely with the reporting team to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights.

• Use digital advertising platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok to size audiences, estimate campaign metrics, and support media planning recommendations.

• Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations aligned with client objectives.

• Prepare and complete creative specification templates, ensuring campaign assets meet platform requirements and are ready for implementation.

• Troubleshoot data discrepancies, tracking issues, and campaign delivery challenges, coordinating with relevant internal teams and external partners to resolve them promptly.

• Provide clear and accurate written campaign updates and performance commentary, and communicate findings effectively during calls and meetings when required.

• Collaborate with media owners, agency partners, clients, and internal specialist teams to ensure campaign deliverables are met within agreed timelines and service-level agreements (SLAs).

• Respond promptly to internal and external requests while maintaining professional and respectful working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

• Participate in internal training sessions, including platform onboarding, account health meetings (AHMs), and publisher information sessions, to strengthen platform knowledge and digital media expertise.

What are the requirements of the role?

• Minimum of 3-5 years digital media experience, agency and performance media preferred,

• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (especially English)

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
