DAMAC Digital is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Mechanical to lead delivery of mission-critical data center projects in Indonesia. You will oversee design coordination, construction, testing and handover, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and high-quality outcomes.

The role requires strong expertise in HVAC, cooling, liquid cooling, BMS, and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams with internal and external stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience managing mechanical or MEP projects.
• At least 5 years delivering data center projects through full lifecycle.
• Strong expertise in HVAC, cooling, thermal management.
• Hands-on experience with liquid cooling in data centers.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale construction or mission-critical projects.
• Experience with clients, consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of international standards and project management best practices.
• Data center certifications are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead mechanical and MEP systems for large-scale data center developments.
• Develop project schedules, execution strategies, and resource plans.
• Manage scope, budget, risk, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Review technical submissions, shop drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.
• Drive implementation of advanced cooling technologies for high-density environments.
• Collaborate with IT, electrical, and operations teams to optimize thermal performance.
• Lead project meetings, progress reviews, and regular reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes.
