• Minimum 10 years of professional design engineering experience in automation or precision mechanisms.
• Proven capability to deliver complete machines from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom special-purpose machines from concept through production.
• Perform engineering analysis, feasibility studies, and cost estimation for new products.
• Create 3D CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and documentation using SolidWorks or Onshape.
• Design precision mechanical systems and robotic components with high accuracy.
• Collaborate with Electrical, Software, Automation, and Firmware teams to integrate mechatronic systems.
• Support prototype development, assembly, testing, and validation across the lifecycle.
• Work with in-house manufacturing during fabrication and verification.
• Monitor timelines, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure quality and production standards.
• Keep thorough engineering records and documentation.
